Challenges & problems

For many years, this company has been acknowledged throughout the Baltic market as an independent real estate advisory firm affiliated with the CBRE network. Due to mutual agreement CPB and CBRE will not continue to an affiliate agreement, but the partnership is planned to continue as needed to serve clients in Baltic region.
Starting on January 1, 2026, company will do business under a new independent brand: CPB - Connecting Property and Business. This change reflects evolution and ambition to build new.
This change reflects our evolution and our ambition to build new capabilities, strengthen our initiative, and grow into a distinctive advisory brand for the Baltic region.

Process & approach

Full project ownership on design side of things. Brand strategy research, collaborative stakeholder workshops, logo design, visual identity & brandbook, homepage information architecture, competitor analysis, homepage design for desktop and mobile.

Workshops

Collaborative workshops with clients provide valuable insights into the business, project objectives, and competitors. Through these sessions, we gained a clearer understanding of the potential direction for the new brand identity.

Logotype

An iterative design process that involves extensive exploration based on the goals established in earlier workshops. This creative journey allows for free-flowing ideas, ultimately resulting in a polished and pixel-perfect design that meets all branding needs, whether for tangible print materials or digital visuals.

Branding

We need to effectively convey the company’s newly established values not just through the new name and logo, but also by utilizing colors, shapes, typography, and the overall aesthetic. Creating examples across various media allows for a clear visualization of this new look in a global brand book, regardless of who will collaborate with the brand in the future.

Competitor Analysis

The commercial real estate sector is extensive and populated by numerous prominent global players, each with unique strengths and weaknesses. By evaluating these aspects, we can clearly identify how to differentiate ourselves through our brand's tone of voice and the features on our homepage.

Information Architecture

Establishing a clear structure for the new solution ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding what to create and the content we need to develop. The existing homepage structure served as a solid foundation for the overall layout. By integrating this with our future company objectives and insights from the competitor analysis, we can create an ideal sitemap and a comprehensive list of potential features to implement.

Design System

Comprehensive set of style tokens, components, and guidelines that ensure consistency across this digital product and experience. The design system is built to suit the needs of development in the most understandable way as possible.

Solutions

This project showcases the ability to merge proactive intelligence with creative freedom into one cohesive visual system, reflecting both the essence of CPB Baltics and its future aspirations.
The developed solution serves as a solid foundation for achieving future goals in a responsible and human-centered manner. Built on what happens next.
